OVERSEAS SHIPMENTS DURING COVID
Australia post are trying their best to get parcels overseas to our customers but there are huge delays due to lack of flights.
As a business we have decided that we will only be sending USA/CANADA orders through DHL.
All other countries will be sent via AustPost.
We use AUSTRALIA POST - Once the item has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number, please check the tracking link to see where your parcel is as we an only see what you can see.
COVID-19 is causing delays especially on overseasorders so please be mindful of this before ordering. Unfortunately this is completely out of our control.

You can expect your delivery 10-20 business days after placing the order. Please note that import restrictions and any associated costs is the responsibility of the purchaser.
We do not take responsibility for any customs or import charges and delivery timeexcludes custom clearance delays.

All parcels must be returned to us within 10 days of delivery and must be in the original condition, hygiene label attached, unworn & unwashed.
Please Email us at email@example.com and we will give you the address to return your items to. As soon as we receive your return we will promptly process your refund/exchange and notify you via email. Please note, Salty Swimwear does not cover return postage costs. Please ensure your return package is prepaid and insured, foryour protection, in case of loss or damage.
Please choose carefully when ordering online, if unsure on sizing please email us. If you require a change of size you will have to cover the cost of postage both ways, please send a return bag inside also.
